Online shoe retailer Zappos.com has teamed up with Whole Foods to make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible for customers.

The new offering is an extension to the company’s WOW service, one of those services being the ability to make free returns from anywhere in the U.S. within 365 days of purchase.

With the Whole Foods partnership, the company is aiming to further simplify the process by giving Zappos customers a new option to make returns when they are already out and about running errands and shopping for groceries at Whole Foods. It also enables them to ditch the typical packaging supplies such as tape, labels, and shipping boxes with its Label Free Box Free return service.

“Being a customer-first company is in Zappos’ DNA. As our customers’ needs evolve, we evolve with them to ensure we’re exceeding expectations and delivering WOW, at every step,” said Scott Schaefer, CEO of Zappos.com.

“With Label Free Box Free Returns, we’re excited to not only be better serving our customers but also to have found a natural partner in Whole Foods Market — you might say, it’s a Whole new kind of relationship for us.”
