Shake Shack Tests Fine Dining Experience — Retail Bum

Shake Shack is bringing a VIP dining experience to select Shacks nationwide to celebrate its new White Truffle Menu.

The Truffle Table experience will be available from February 27, 2023, through March 2, 2023, at select Shake Shack locations for $20 per person. Throughout the dinner, guests can expect to be seated at a fancy table for two, complete with fine china and a white tablecloth.

The menu will include a white truffle burger, a white truffle ‘shroom burger, parmesan fries with white truffle sauce, and a bottle of Regalis truffle oil. For beverages and desserts, guests can enjoy unlimited pours of Shack canned wine by Gotham Winery or other drinks, a shake of their choosing, and a chocolate truffle from Thierry Atlan.

“We can’t wait to test this new fine dining experience with our guests to honor one of the most exquisite and luxurious ingredients in our pantry, the white truffle,” said John Karangis, executive chef and vice president of culinary innovation at Shake Shack.
