As demand for augmented reality (AR)-powered experiences continues to heat up, American beauty brand, Sally Hansen, is teaming up with global beauty and fashion tech provider, Perfect Corp., to enable consumers to easily experience hundreds of Sally Hansen nail color options from their mobile device.

The AR experience is aimed at offering consumers a new, accessible and hygienic shopping experience, allowing them to try their selected nail color on their own hand, mess-free, all before purchasing.

Now, Sally Hansen fans can feel free to play even more with our new virtual try-on tool. Sally Hansen originally founded her namesake brand in 1946 and went on to file a patent for its first product, Hard As Nails, in 1957. Since then, the brand has made innovative formulated beauty products for women.

Initially, the AR experience will be rolled out to customers in the U.S. with other markets to follow. It will be accessible through any mobile device and via the Sally Hansen website.
