Tommy Hilfiger’s parent company, PVH Corp., has named company veteran Virginia Ritchie as the brand’s new chief marketing officer (CMO).

As the new marketing chief, Ritchie will be responsible for all aspects of the brand’s marketing efforts and will report directly to CEO Martijn Hagman.

Ritchie, who began working for PVH 13 years ago, most recently oversaw global consumer engagement strategy for Tommy Hilfiger and was responsible for brand campaign activations and bringing products to life across various touch points. She has also held various senior marketing leadership roles for the brand across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific. Furthermore, she previously led global brand operations for planning and prioritizing marketing, merchandising, and design.

Throughout her career, Ritchie has gained expertise in all areas of global marketing strategy, consumer engagement, and media and communications, as well as in developing talent partnerships, collaborations, and culturally relevant and cross-cutting creative campaigns.

“Virginia is an experienced and respected brand leader within our organization,” Hagman said. “Over the last 13 years with PVH, she has developed a deep understanding of the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA and has been a champion for the transformations and evolutions that keep Tommy Hilfiger aspirational and relevant for our consumers.”

“Virginia’s leadership will help us win with the consumer by leaning into the many strengths of our global Tommy Hilfiger brand,” he added.
