Fast fashion retailer Primark is accelerating its U.S. expansion with a dedicated website for American shoppers.

Primark’s new website reportedly presents a broader selection of products, encompassing around 60% to 80% of the total inventory, and features improved product imagery. In contrast to the previous website, the upgraded platform now provides real-time stock availability information, enabling customers to check the availability of specific sizes at their nearest Primark store.

Furthermore, product pages now include detailed information regarding materials and care instructions, eliminating the need for customers to rely solely on physical labels or packaging to access such information.

Primark emphasized that although its website does not operate as a traditional eCommerce platform, a significant aspect of its strategy revolves around developing a robust digital discovery experience.

The redesigned website, for instance, offers enhanced interactivity and improved integration with social media accounts. Shoppers can create a personalized profile where they can save their preferred products and compile a wish list.
