Pete Davidson Takes Over Calvin Klein Social Media In Latest Marketing Experiment

Calvin Klein has tapped comedian and SNL star, Pete Davidson, for a social media experiment. In its latest efforts, the fashion brand let Davidson access its Instagram account to post a selfie.

Soon after, Calvin Klein slimmed down its follow backs and now only follows one person on the platform, musician Machine Gun Kelly, who is friends with the comedian.

The move comes as an effort to keep the brand at top of mind and follows a string of attempts to tap high-profile celebrities. For example, the brand recently looked to musician Saweetie, who recently headlined an Amazon live stream shopping event in partnership with Calvin Klein.

Calvin Klein has also expanded into designer collaborations. One of its most notable collaborations is clothing capsule designed by Heron Preston.
