Ocean Spray Appoints Chief Financial Officer — Retail Bum

Ocean Spray has appointed Kristin Forney as its new finance chief.

Forney will lead Ocean Spray’s financial planning and analysis, corporate controller, corporate development, procurement, and transformation teams in her role.

Forney, who comes from a family of farmers, has more than 28 years of experience in finance, revenue growth, accounting, procurement, and transformation.

She previously served as the senior vice president of finance at Hain Celestial Group in their North America Division. Before that, Forney spent 15 years at ConAgra in various finance and revenue growth management roles. Forney also spent nearly five years in public accounting with Grant Thornton.

Forney’s appointment will become effective on February 27, 2023, and will report directly to Hayes.
