Men’s Wearhouse Introduces Online Concierge Service for Weddings — Retail Bum

Men’s Wearhouse has launched a new digital concierge tool on its website to assist grooms in finding their wedding day attire.

The specialty retailer has introduced an online service, Wedding Wingman, for customers nationwide, giving them access to a personalized selection of outfit options for their big day by asking them a set of questions, such as the wedding season, theme, and dress code.

In addition to providing product recommendations, Wedding Wingman also enables grooms to track which wedding party members have received their garments and send reminders to those who have not.

The move to launch Wedding Wingman came as a result of feedback the retailer was receiving from its customers, indicating that wedding planning was either too difficult or consumed too much time. Its launch came after the company piloted Wedding Wingman in specific markets, such as California and Ohio, in September 2022.

According to Suzanne Scott, senior vice president of digital at Tailored Brands, the parent company of Men’s Wearhouse, the tool has resulted in shorter customer appointment times.
