Sportswear retailer Lululemon has created a global advisory board dedicated to mental wellbeing, consisting of 11 professionals from the realm of wellbeing.

The newly formed board is being led by two executives from the company’s senior leadership team, including Chief Brand Officer Nikki Neuburger and Chief People and Culture Officer Susan Gelinas.

In the early stages, board members will concentrate on various aspects, including the upcoming autumn release of the company’s annual global wellbeing report. Additionally, they will address matters such as support for employee mental wellbeing, the development of mental wellbeing programs, and the advancement of the Centre for Social Impact Initiatives, which is dedicated to challenging inequities.

“As a global company rooted in movement, mindfulness, and personal development as a whole, we are deeply committed to increasing awareness, access, and tools for improved mental wellbeing — within our own Lululemon team as well as our extended community,” said Gelinas. “With the guidance of our expert advisors, we are excited to take our work to the next level and advance mental wellbeing outcomes throughout our global collective and beyond.”
