French beauty brand L’Occitane has embraced the digital realm with the introduction of an immersive virtual store experience that seamlessly blends the brand’s rich heritage and high-quality products into a captivating new environment.
In collaboration with Emperia, a virtual store developer, L’Occitane has launched an online retail environment to effectively communicate the brand’s narrative while enhancing brand engagement, fostering customer loyalty, and driving eCommerce sales.

The virtual space takes its inspiration from the picturesque region of Provence in France, inviting users to embark on an exploration reminiscent of the area. Through the use of virtual bicycles or hot air balloons, users can traverse various areas that beautifully capture the essence of the region.
Within this virtual experience, the brand showcases its signature products, encompassing skincare, fragrance, and body care. Users can immerse themselves in a wealth of engaging content, including videos, informative facts, and interactive elements, offering a comprehensive exploration of L’Occitane’s offerings.
