K-Swiss and Corridor Launch Editorial Campaign in Racquet Magazine for Footwear Collection — Retail Bum
American heritage Tennis brand K-Swiss has teamed up with New York-based men’s clothing brand Corridor to launch an editorial campaign in Racquet magazine featuring a premium footwear collection.
The unisex footwear collection includes a performance tennis shoe, SpeedTrac, which retail at $140, and the brand’s heritage tennis shoe, the Classic 66, which retail at $90, in sizes ranging from US 3–12.
The collaboration stemmed from K-Swiss’s efforts to improve its position in the tennis world and Corridor co-founder Dan Snyder’s interest in creating playable performance shoes that are sustainable and made using recycled materials.
“For K-Swiss, the goal was to blend the world of heritage tennis and performance tennis. We have been making tennis shoes since 1966 and continue to provide the best performance products for athletes who compete at the highest level of the sport,” said Anna Amador, vice president of marketing at K-Swiss.
“There’s a sweet spot that this collaboration really hits that speaks to what tennis was and what tennis is going to be. Corridor brings another element of styling and perspective that curates a poetic execution, and we absolutely love it.”
