Canned water drink Liquid Death is again making headlines, this time for its partnership with Blink 182’s drummer Travis Barker.
The company recently sold a limited-edition Liquid Death Enema of The State Collectible Enema Kit for $182. The kit, a nod to Blink 182’s Enema of the State” album from 1999, includes a can of Liquid Death water, hand-signed by Barker, and an enema bulb.
The company released only a few hundred kits, which quickly sold out, generating considerable buzz and interest.
Established in 2019, the company’s marketing techniques and unique branding have helped it succeed tremendously. The company raised significant funds in 2022, which propelled its valuation to $700 million.
