Former Microsoft And Cisco Executive Joins Socure
Digital identity verification and fraud solutions provider, Socure, has appointed Scott Slipy as its chief people officer.
Prior to joining Socure, Slipy most recently held the role of chief people and human resources officer at financial software and workflow platform, Symphony.
Slipy is expected to bring his knowledge and expertise from working in executive roles at various major firms such as Microsoft, Cisco and UnitedHealth Group as well as earlier-stage businesses to further establish the company’s leadership development, organization design, inclusivity and culture.

The appointment follows Socure’s recent Q2 financial results. The company reported 126 percent annual recurring revenue growth, booking growth of 285 percent in the second quarter of 2021 as compared to the same quarter of 2020 and a net retention rate of 177 percent driven by near-zero attrition.
