Creator-Guided Shopping Platform LTK Appoints First Chief People Officer — Retail Bum

Creator-guided shopping platform LTK has appointed Patricia Gonzales as its first chief people officer (CPO).

The appointment is part of LTK’s investment in expanding its teams across the U.S. and internationally by more than 60% in less than a year.

As CPO, Gonzales will oversee all people operations, unite teams and advance the organization’s appeal as an employer.

Prior to joining LTK, Gonzales was a founding HR hire at Acorns. During her time there, Gonzales was recognized for her efforts in building a company culture focused on values, growth and talent development. Additionally, Gonzales is credited with growing the organization while continuing to adapt and evolve the employment brand for the future. Before joining Acorns, Gonzales held multiple roles at Experian, including overseeing HR operations.
