Cava Partners With TikTok-Famous Chef Meredith Hayden for Exclusive Bowl Creation — Retail Bum

Meredith Hayden, a private chef based in New York, is collaborating with Mediterranean quick-service restaurant (QSR) Cava to offer her 1.4 million followers a taste of her signature ingredients and flavors through a limited-time spicy lamb bowl.

The dish is made using lamb meatballs, double Crazy Feta®, crumbled feta, red pepper hummus, fire-roasted corn, cucumber, tomato and onion, pickled onions, saffron rice, arugula, garlic dressing, and skhug.

Less than two years ago, the 27-year-old chef began sharing videos of her fresh and flavorful dishes on social media, and since then, she has amassed over one million followers.

Presently, fashion designer Joseph Altuzarra and his family are the primary clients of Meredith Hayden. However, Hayden has also been hired by other celebrity employers for one-time catering events such as Rebecca Minkoff’s book party and a corporate event for Sam Edelman.

Alongside her work as a private chef, the TikTok-famous chef has authored two self-published cookbooks, one focused on holiday recipes and the other centered on summer meals inspired by her experience crafting dishes in the Hamptons.

Hayden’s Spicey Lamb Bowl is available until June 4, 2023.
