In a strategic corporate restructuring move to fuel future growth, French fashion label Casablanca Clothing, founded by Charaf Tajer, has been acquired by a newly established company, Casablanca Paris Ltd., for an undisclosed amount.

The luxury fashion brand said the restructuring effort is intended to empower and reinforce the brand’s existing creative team and offer the team new investments to sustain its impressive growth trajectory.

David JW Bailey, the company director of Casablanca Clothing Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm regarding the deal, stating that the committed and talented team eagerly awaits the opportunity to work within the new company. Bailey highlighted that the additional investment will empower the team to further build upon their remarkable success thus far and expedite growth even more rapidly in 2024 and beyond.

“Casablanca Paris will ensure the continuing global growth is fully and properly supported,” Bailey said. “We’re all looking forward to the next chapter in the great Casablanca story.”
