Canada Goose Gets Into Rental Business With Selfridges — Retail Bum
Outerwear brand Canada Goose is offering a rental edit on Selfridge’s website and its London flagship store starting January 19, 2023.
The collection features some of the most popular menswear and womenswear styles, including sustainable products such as the Cypress and Crofton puffers, as well as jackets made from 100% recycled nylon.
Customers can also choose to rent the brand’s fleece-style jackets that are made from bio fibers and recycled wool and jackets from its Regeneration collection, which has been developed using upcycled materials and surplus fabrics.
Rentals are available for a duration of 4, 8, 10, and 20 days, starting at £55 for four days.
In the coming months, Canada Goose plans to add new products and categories and seasonally relevant categories such as rainwear and wind wear, according to FashionUnited.
The launch of the rental edit marks the latest step Canada Goose has taken toward becoming a more sustainable brand. Last year, the company put an end to the use of real animal fur in favor of reclaimed fur.
