High-end Italian fashion label, Brunello Cucinelli, has made its debut in the beauty industry with the launch of its first-ever fragrance.

The company teamed up with EuroItalia, a beauty manufacturer and distributor, to create two unique scents, one for women and one for men.

While both of the scents draw inspiration from Umbria, the region in Italy where the brand is based, they have been made using a combination of unique ingredients. The women’s scent, Brunello Cucinelli Pour Femme, is composed of sweet chestnut, citruses, pink pepper, and prestige woods. It was formulated by Daphné Bugey, a master perfumer at Firmenich.

Meanwhile, the men’s fragrance, Brunello Cucinelli Pour Homme, was crafted by perfumer Olivier Cresp and it features a blend of spicy juniper, angelica, black pepper, clary sage, and ginger.

The brand has chosen Arizona Muse and James Turlington as the faces of the new fragrances, representing the sophistication and craft values of Brunello Cucinelli’s Casa di Moda firm. The luxury brand, which specializes in clothing and candles, describes the scents as “sophisticated ambassadors” of their values.

Brunello Cucinelli expressed his excitement about the new fragrances, stating that he had dreamed of dedicating a new product to his dear friend, a producer of aromatic essences who had passed away.
