French luxury conglomerate, LVMH, has announced the launch of new initiatives to expand and train its workforce, exclusively focussing on younger millennials and Gen Z workers.
The company plans to recruit 25,000 new hires under the age of 30 worldwide in addition to 2,500 permanent contract workers.
